SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

Once your order is processed, it will be produced and delivered to the shipping address provided across our network of hundreds of production and logistics partners.

We deliver to more than 200+ countries worldwide and have local production in 32 countries thanks to our network of more than 130+ print partners.

 

Distributed production across multiple locations not only speeds up delivery times but also helps reduce costs and carbon emissions and enables us to support local businesses.

Where are the products produced?

 

We are constantly expanding our product range, and not all items are offered and produced in all locations. Sometimes, we may route an order to a different producer and ship the product internationally, rather than to the location closest to our customers. Where an order is routed is determined by an algorithm that works to ensure stock availability, production capacity, and logistics to ensure a smooth and fast delivery.

 

Our local presence still enables us to produce 95% of your orders in the same country as where they are delivered, and we are constantly expanding our network to include more countries and territories. We deliver worldwide to countries where we do not offer local production.

 

Customs fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders. As such you should remember that customs fees might apply.

 

Please note that having production capabilities in a specific country doesn't necessarily mean that a product will be printed in that country, due to technical or logistical limitations.

Shipping & delivery: What if an order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 10 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

 

Please note that we will place a reorder on your behalf unless you specifically mention that you prefer to receive a refund.

 

If you believe your order is lost and it meets the following criteria, get in touch with our team and we'll be happy to send a replacement order:

​ - You have confirmed that the address provided is correct and complete

 - You have contacted your local post office or the shipping carrier to locate the order

 - The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

 - It has been several working days since the Estimated Delivery Date has passed (keep in mind that the lost order claim should be submitted within 10 days from the Estimated Delivery Date), and

 - There were no recent updates made by the shipping carrier in the tracking link.
 

For the order to be considered lost, we might first need to confirm this with the shipping provider.

 

If the order is marked as "Delivered" but you say that you have not received it

 

The most likely situation here is that the package has been delivered at the door, or received by someone else at the address. After this, we request that you check further for any delivery notes or more information from the shipping provider.

 

As it is not possible to verify whether the you have not actually received your order, we will not be able to provide a refund or a free replacement order if the tracking link indicates that the shipment was delivered. You can, of course, place a (paid) reorder.
